And the best part of my Capital Rentals experience has to be Jessica Cornwell. She's amazing! Extremely patient, and always professional. Even when customers get grouchy, Jessica keeps her cool. I rented an excavator for a day, last Friday and it's still sitting in my driveway a week later; my driveway is beginning to sink. Since Monday, I've called everyday and have been told, "We'll be there tomorrow." Awful. I will be sharing my experience with others.
