  We had a fantastic experience with Mike Frazier at Tier One Services and would highly recommend him. Mike cleaned our gutters, which had not been serviced in several years and were full of debris. What really stood out was how thorough and professional his entire process was. He used a camera system mounted on a pole to inspect all of the gutters and roof areas both before and after cleaning, which gave us a clear understanding of what needed attention and confirmation that everything was done right. His cleaning method was also impressive. He used a long pipe to vacuum out the gutters and even clear debris from a roof valley, all without needing to use ladders, walk on the roof, or disturb our landscaping. He was extremely careful around the property and even went above and beyond by blowing off our deck at the end. In addition to the cleaning itself, Mike took the time to walk through his findings with me and provide helpful, practical recommendations for maintaining the house going forward. His communication was clear, his work was meticulous, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of service provided. Overall, this was one of the most professional home service experiences we’ve ever had. We will definitely be working with Mike again.

  Mike's Tier One service is far and away the most detailed, highest quality cleaning service I have ever used in my 45 years of owning homes. He communicates before, during, and after with great detail and documentation. He is not a cheap once and done entrprenuer. He takes the path of highest quality and follow through. His pricing matches his high level of service and he earned every penny.

  You will get top quality service from Mike. He takes the extra steps to ensure he protects all exterior items on the property when cleaning. He also provides before and after photos so you can see the improvement. He will also give you notes after of any potential problem areas he identifies on your home so that you are aware of them before they get worse. If you go with Mike you will be getting the best!
