  Had new R38 blow in insulation installed on top of original insulation that had settled over the years and lost it effectiveness in limiting heat transfer through the ceiling causing my upstairs hvac system to struggle cooling in sunmer heat and huidity. Its April 30, 2026 and it's to soon to gauge the results however I will update later on when the temperature goes up. My main reason for todays post is to recognize the level of quality and professional job Johnny & his crew did. They leveled out the multiple piles of older insulation installed by the previous homeowners and blew in 11" inches of newer & improved R38 cellulose insulation over top of the existing R38, installed new soffit baffles and floor baffles to contain the new insulation between the joist, I was thoroughly impressed at the completed job. My attic looks like its in a new house and also they installed a thermal zipper insulation cover on my pull down attic stairs. To sum up the job they did today; 1) Notified me when they were in route & estimated time of arrival. 2) Prompt, professional & courteous. 3) No messing around, went right work upon arrival and didn't stop untill job was complete. 4) Cleaned every piece of debris up in driveway, stairs & attic. Not much more to say other than this crew was textbook on getting the job done with the highest degree of making sure I was pleased with the outcome of todays work.   I started a lengthy explanation, but suddenly my message disappeared and I was not able to recover it. I'm not going to repeat it. Suffice it to say we had a burst water pipe in our workshop in the middle of the night and it flooded our shop and water was running out of our doors and into our Drying Compny prepared crawl space. Water was standing under and on top of the crawl space prepared area. Water was about 3-4 inches deep in the workshop itself. Rotor Rooter repaired the pipe and installed about 18 dehumidifiers to begin drying things out. The Drying Company began restoration of its original beautiful work, installed a new central dehumidifier, and also installed a sump pump should any flooding or rising water tables occur. The work by all parties was done very professionally, and they worked carefully with our home insurance company. Things are now totally restored and we're much better prepared should we face similar emergencies in the future. Thank you!

  Last year, The Drying Company truck parked in our driveway and leaked some sort of fluid that left a permanent stain on my driveway. After calling The Drying Company not only did they not believe me, they never addressed the issue sufficiently. A year later, I did ask them to come back but this time I instructed the driver to park out on the street. I showed him the two spots that are still there as a result of the fluid spill on my driveway. They completed the request Service of my crawl space. The individual that performed this year service was professional and receptive to my concerns.

  When monthly natural gas bills indicated my home was using more energy than others the same size I decided to get confirmation through an energy audit. Had to face the truth. Research led me to The Drying Company and their representative, Jason, who identified the problem: insufficient and 40-year old attic insulation. Wish I had taken before pictures. Yesterday two large trucks pulled up to my home and Jason's plan became reality as Foreman Jony assisted by Chris and Hector transformed my attic space. I cannot wait to see subsequent power bills. I know there will be a big difference. One day later, the professional, respectful demeanor of all three gentlemen completing this work still brings a smile to my face. Thank you Jason, Jony, Chris, Hector and The Drying Company.

  From first contact until project completion everyone I interacted with at the Drying Company was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Contacting the office and setting an appointment for consultation/estimate was a breeze, the representative very quickly figured out what I needed help with and arranged a prompt appointment. I believe within 3 days maybe sooner Matt was at my door ready to assist. Matt listen to what I wanted to do and was able to give me a well rounded understanding of the project and the possibilities for dealing with the unknowns. He fielded all of my questions, often the same ones twice with a friendliness and professionalism that I truly appreciated. That can be said about all The Drying Company personnel I dealt with. Matt was responsive to all my communications via email and telephone. My project was obviously on the low end in terms of its size but The Drying Company never treated it as such. Being able to provided a detailed estimate in writing within minutes was something Matt was able to do that none of the other contractors could. Next up was Gary, who kept up the friendly and knowledgeable theme by working with my information requirements for the HOA also scheduling preferences(I believe I spoke another young man as well but forget his name). Finally Brian for me was where the rubber meets the road, I believe repetition is the best teacher and it was obvious to me Brian has done this a lot. My project came with a few unknowns and he was able to quickly provide solutions without sacrificing craftsmanship or effectiveness of the project. I feel very fortunate to have found The Drying Company and plan to contact them for any future with even the slight possibility of being in their wheelhouse. Thank You to EVERYONE for the effort in making this a great experience. I don't take it for granted.
