- RBryan baysden2 days ago5.0As home owner that has never had foundation work done I was worried about finding an honest reliable company to help with my falling chimney. TDC was awesome from the start. I was able to request an estimate online on a Sunday afternoon. The estimator showed up on time and was very upfront and honest. TDC was found to be lowest bid out of the four I had requested. They also sent out a pamphlet of all the work their company does by FedEx which no other company did. After we decided to go with TDC, the estimator let me know the next step in the process. Somone from their office called to setup a repair date. They also called the week before to let me know the work was on schedule and that Charles would be in touch the day of the repair. Even though I dealt with a total of five different people from TDC, I never felt like I left in the dark at any time of the process. I also asked Charles to call me the day of the repair on my phone so others in my house could rest. He said not a problem and stuck to my request. Charles didn't call me until the work was completed. I was also able to pay by credit card online right after Charles showed me the work his crew had done. The work was completed as expected. Top notch company across the board!!!! I hope to not have to call them in the future for other problems with my house BUT if I need them, I know I can count on them to do good professional work!!!!

They took out all old insulation, sealed around outside edges of attic with foam and all openings into attic, such as canned lighting. Took two days and on the third day I’ve already noticed the heat has not come on as often as it usually does. Justin was very thorough at explaining their plan of action and took pictures of before and after their work, which I look forward to receiving. I look forward to seeing how this job affects my energy bills. I think they did excellent work and clean up and would recommend this company to my neighbors and family.

Work was done on schedule, workers arrived on time, were diligent in their duties and left the location free from debris. Sales and office staff were very professional and extremely helpful throughout the process.

The original person who did the estimate of cost and materials underestimated the amount of material required to finish the job. Instead of forcing me to pay the extra amount, they finished the job as a courtesy which I greatly appreciate!
