  A portion of our Attic needed insulation and The Drying Co sent a very nice and considerate install Tech. Brian explained every part of install as he worked. First, he was very careful to cover my Furniture, moved a table and chairs for me to get in and out of French Doors to bring in the Tube to spread the insulation in our Attic. Brian also cleaned up very well after all work was Completed. Not only did the Company put in the blow in insulation on Attic floor but made a space for me to store the plastic tubs, etc I had in the attic. Also installed a insulated cover on my Attic Access pull down door to prevent air from seeping thru into my Den. I would highly Recommend The Drying Company for Attic Insulation at a reasonable price.

  The Drying Company technician did an outstanding job of identifying and correcting my drainage problem. Joel arrived within a couple of hours of being contacted, and quickly identified the issue. His professionalism and geniune desire to correct the problem was refreshing. He did a top-notch job and I highly recommend The Drying Company if you have issues with drainage in your crawl space / basement.

  The Drying Company installed spray foam insulation to our attic ceiling from peak to the eaves and sealed the vent caps. The house already feels warmer without the difference of temperature experienced between rooms like previously experienced. The work was very well done including all the hard to reach areas at a consistent depth throughout. I’m including photos to show how well it was done!

  The work is extremely expensive for what the job actually entails. 500 sq’ with 3 lines to a sump was completed in 4 hrs with 3 or 4 guys was around $7000. The pipe doesn’t need to be fully dug down, so you can see the tops of the drain pipes. The materials were over priced in my opinion. I know there supposed to be special pvc with a sleeve to prevent soil from getting in, but you can a slightly less expensive one of a fraction of the cost. It included the sump pump in the price but I handles the electrical so that would have added another 2k depending on you set up. Most of the other companies are are the same price.. so it is a speciality service. If I could do it all over again I’d pay a kid up the road to dig a small trench and put the pipe in myself. I will say it does work nicely so can see the water pumping out. I recommend the company significantly reduce the price of the materials. I’m sure it is a 75% mark up on the pipe.

  We had a sump pump put into our basement. The initial estimate process was good and the appointment was made for a couple of months after, which was fine for us. The team that came out worked hard, were curtious and had everything installed within a day. They were relatively tidy considering all the brick dust it made. Afterwards, the foreman told me someone would be out to inspect their work and clean things up a little further. This is where some points are lost. No one ever followed up. I discovered that a large piece of equipment had been left behind and had to contact the office a few times before it was picked up. Then just the other day I realized that the hole that was made in our foundation for the drain pipe hadn't been filled in around the pipe so freezing winter air had been pouring in for weeks. Also, the sump pump hadn't actually been plugged in. So some fine details were missed. Hopefully the sump will work when the time comes and that will be a big relief. Overall a just ok experience with the Drying Company, but I'm happy to have the sump installed.
