Unfortunately, this was one of the most frustrating contractor experiences I've had: Major Issues: 1. Missed 3 scheduled inspections, causing significant delays to my project timeline 2. Failed 2 inspections due to poor workmanship 3. The only inspection that passed was after I had to fix their work myself 4. Contract disputes over scope of work - they agreed to install two showers but then refused to include shower pans and handles. They did agree eventually, but this delayed their work further. Impact: As a business owner trying to open my studio, these delays and quality issues cost me time and money. Having to personally fix work that I paid professionals to do correctly is unacceptable. Bottom Line: I cannot recommend Lanthorn Plumbers for any commercial or residential project. Their unreliability, poor workmanship, and contract disputes made an already stressful construction process much worse. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable plumber who stands behind their work and shows up when scheduled.
