Our unit needed to be replaced last year and it has been one significant problem after another. It took 5 multi-hour visits to get it installed and “working.” They had to bring in several people and couldn’t figure out why it didn’t work. I didn’t write a bad review at the time because it was a newer model that the workers had not been well trained on and I wanted to be fair. Once installed they couldn’t check the AC because of the temps but assured us that they would check it before the hot weather. They came this week and said all was good. The system does not work. There is an error message saying to contact the dealer asap. We did. They quoted $195.00 to come out. Apparently the company was sold in August 2025. Not a great start. Do better Dave’s!

They feel like family as we have known the owners and employees for ever. They replaced all of our units and hot water heater over the years and maintain them 2 times a year. We recently had to replace a heat pump and the process took exactly 3 days. Install was completed in 1/2 day. I wouldn’t use anyone else!
