Tried calling multiple times during working hrs, they picked up then I promptly got disconnected. Unable to leave a message. Tried texting and email, no response. Unfortunately this is how too many contractors handle unwanted business these days. Also, I discovered that these guys overloaded a circuit on my main panel previously. Unable to even get them back out to address.

When I didn’t hear back after a couple days, called and spoke to a woman, left contact info and brief description of work. Was told I would receive a call back in a couple of hours. Never heard back. From reviews, he apparently does great work, but flat out blowing off a potential customer is unfortunate. A polite response that you’re too busy to take new work would have been satisfactory.

The overheated appliance had also done damage at the wall outlet & shorting the neutral wire inside. After John inspected all outlets on that circuit he replaced the outlet & restored power. John took safty very serious & completed his work in a timely & professionally manner. John also fitted in a couple ( While Your Here Issues ) that I ask him to fix adding to this service call.👍🙂
