  Gregory, Inc went to my townhouse only one time and did not report anything wrong and then billed me three other times for something I did not order. I am filing a report with the Internal Revenue Service for a thorough investigation on the three invoices for fraudulent/deception & bad business practice

  I called needing repair of my gutter and helmet as the result of a tree falling on my roof. I received a very quick response with an estimate. The next day a technician arrived and completed the repair is a very short time. The price was very good.

  I waited 6 months after putting down a $1,800 deposit for these $3,000 Gutter Helmets to get put on and had terrible customer service from Gregory's Inc in Stephen City, VA the whole time. After we finally got them installed after wanting my deposit back we had terrible storms not even a few days later and the gutters were overflowing worse than before when they were clogged. I am not sure if they were even cleaned out before the gutter helmets were put in. I have been calling since then at least every other week and have still not had someone come out to fix it. It appears this product is as terrible as the customer service. I would recommend to anyone looking at this product to look for a different alternative. This one is not worth your time or money. Neither is the aggravation of trying to get service after the sale. UPDATE: 27AUG24 In response to the wait time because of the new roof, I called the next day after they came out for the initial install had been scheduled and asked them to install since I wasn't getting a new roof and it still took 6 months . Been waiting 6 more months now for someone to come find out why there are birds living in the gutters. I've called twice about 3 months apart and was told someone would contact me and schedule someone to come look. So far no one has called to schedule. So far not impressed with the product or the service. The gutters still overflow during rainstorms especially during heavy rains.

  They did great work. Got the entire roof done in 1 day. Very professional crew
