- HBHannah Brooks3 days ago1.0Valley Air doesn't deserve even ONE star. I live in a household of five and we live in a small trailer in Greenville. Our furnace stopped working around the middle of December 2025 and so we called Valley Air to come have a look at it. The man told us the main blower was bad (and some other part) and that it would cost us about 1,000+ dollars to repair; 1,000 FOR ONE SINGLE PART. Our family does not make much money, so there was no way we could afford that. So we asked how much it would be just to replace the whole furnace. The guy calls us back with a whopping 6,000 dollars in price for a new furnace. We definitely weren't going to pay that. So, we applied for crisis assistance at Social Services and got approved, and they sent Draft Electric & Plumbing to take a look at it. They just left here a few minutes ago after having to replace just a 20 DOLLAR PART! Valley Air will DEFINITELY not be getting our business anymore! They're practically thieves at this point just trying to get your money! Don't recommend at all!

Upon arriving, he provided a detailed and informative explanation of our annual maintenance service plan and patiently answered our initial questions. Then, after completing the work, Tommy carefully reviewed his testing & inspection results and follow-on recommendations with us before he patiently answered more of our questions! Overall, a very positive first visit — thank you again, Tommy and Valley Air!

Not to mention you pay out of your pocket for the services that they cannot even complete. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR STRESS.. DO NOT GO HERE.

We called on Valley Air because of their outstanding reputation and signed them on for four projects. They installed a new hot water tank, brought our dryer vent up to code, installed a new Trane heat pump, and removed/replaced all the old Quest plumbing. Each team who came to work on our home was courteous and highly professional. They showed up on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, patiently answered any questions we had, and completed the work to high standards. They also took great care to clean up the work area when the job was completed. A special shout out to Jim Vance for helping us choose the best heat pump for our needs; to Dakota who headed up the plumbing projects; and Dillon who oversaw the installation of the heat pump. We highly recommend Valley Air and will be relying on them for the ongoing maintenance of our new systems and for any future projects.
