  Would recommend 1,000% First to get an actual human on the phone ( at night! ) and a technician out the following day at exact time quoted, felt like a miracle. Our tech was so knowledgeable, personable and skilled and answered all of the questions that we should have asked when we bought the house 3 years ago ( and without making us feel stupid, which would have been totally legit) Definitely our forever go to now-

  Valley Air dispatched a technician to explore why the heat pump wasn't working. Je was able to identify the problem and order the appropriate part. Another technician brought the part and installed it. I am very satisfied with the work done. I also received a follow up call from Valley Air to make sure everything was still functioning after the service. This all happened during extremely cold temperature with snow and ice on the ground. Knowing that our house had no heat, Valley Air offered to lend us space heater.Thanks so much for the care, courtesy, and professionalism.

  What great service! I called early in the morning and was able to have a plumber out later that afternoon. The customer service was wonderful. Dakota, my plumber, was efficient, friendly and not pushy when I asked him about fixing our other faucet. Price wise, I think they are reasonable! Will definitely use them again for any future needs. Highly recommend!

  Our old furnace went out on a Sunday during the unbearable cold February 1, 2026. Matt came out within 2 hours and fixed it! He was professional, polite, knowledgeable, and had a great sense of humor. The cost was reasonable for a Sunday emergency call. Valley is our go to! Highly recommend!

  Booking my plumbing appointment was the most pleasant customer service experience I’ve had in ages. What a joy to encounter someone in this day and age who has phone skills! I also appreciate that the receptionist told me up front the cost of a house call ($89). I didn’t even have to ask. A+ for transparency! A+ for follow-through as well: 1) the repair tech called when he was on his way, just like the receptionist said he would; 2) after the work was done, the repair tech checked three times for leaks; and 3) the next day the receptionist called me back to ensure my satisfaction. I could not have had a better experience and will definitely use Valley Air again! And just for anyone who’s wondering, the repair was a replacement of the basket assembly at the bottom of our kitchen sink basin. The metal collar that screws up into the bottom of the sink had broken, and so it couldn’t keep the seal tight. Troy, the repair tech, said it was rusted out completely when he removed it, and he was surprised it hadn’t fallen right through the hole in the sink basin! I didn’t see the rusty part myself. (Showing it to me to build trust is the only place where Valley might have had room for improvement.) The total charge for everything was just under $397. I don’t know if that’s good or bad for plumbing—we’re new to homeownership—but it sure did save us hours of frustration and confusion and give us peace of mind that it’s fixed right.
