  Highly recommend Integrity Air Solutions! Lucas and his crew did a massive job for us in August, installing a new heat pump and all new ductwork. They were professional, kept us in the loop on the progress daily, and the quality of work was top-notch. Exceptional service!

  While working today, I heard a strange whining noise coming from under the house near where our HVAC unit sits, and a strong burning smell. Out of an abundance of caution, I called 911. Thankfully, there was no fire, but the fireman advised us to turn off the heat and have an HVAC professional inspect the system. Huge thank you to Justin Mason for coming out quickly to assess the situation, and connecting us with Lucas Lane with Integrity Air Solutions for getting the issue resolved fast. The blower motor had locked up and needed replacement. Lucas was prompt, affordable, professional, and genuinely kind — and that level of service goes a long way these days.   We needed service on our furnace and it was so cold. We didn't have alternate heating, and I called over 20 different places trying to find a HVAC technician who would come service our issue. When I reached Lucas, he rearranged prior commitments to come take a look at our issue. If I could 10 star rate this man I would. He was an absolute blessing to us who needed emergency services. I would highly recommend Lucas's company and him to anyone who has an issue with their heat. Thank you Lucas for helping us when we needed someone to help. You are so very much appreciated! I will most definitely use his services in the future. Thanks again!

  January 9, 2025 - New to Virginia, my wife and I asked neighbors & church friends for HVAC recommendations in the Waynesboro area. . . Our initial “ interview” with Owner /Lucas Lane of Integrity Air Solutions impressed us immensely! We set up a consult & free estimate. He inspected our 4 ton Compressor, and preformed a few tests. I tend to ask a plethora of questions. Trying to learn from the PROFESSIONALS! The tid bits of facts help me discern experience & skill level. Mr. Lane mentioned he’s worked for years with his DAD, and at other HVAC companies. We finalized contract details, and Mr. Lane electronically sent out the contract and Labor guarantee! 😃👍🏼 Great start, Mr. Lane , and Casey (recently hired an apprentice) arrived on TIME for the 2 day job . The dynamic duo removed the old system on an unbelievably frosty cold day. . . around 13 degrees! Couldn’t believe how fast they completed tasks. Only 1 break for lunch, which they needed to “ warm up” , which was understandable! On the 2nd day, “crew” arrived promptly again, ready to install the new compressor & wiring. They replaced drip pan, all new insulation wiring. Preformed testing sequence, and the new Freon refrigerant in our system! Several times Mr. Lane stopped to answer my questions. . . and explained with detailed answers! Each time their work day ended, they spent time cleaning up the “ work area” in our home. Very thoughtful & tidy! We are very happy ! According to the outside thermometer, it’s 7 degrees in Waynesboro! Frigid! Inside, our new thermostat is reading a comfortable 70 degrees! Many “ thanks” to Mr. Lane & Casey for a FANTASTIC job of replacing our old heating system with a NEW system & 10 Year Labor Guarantee agreement 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼😃 Happy New Years . . .
