    I have (unfortunately) done business with FH Furr in the past. I will never call another plumber again. Bobby was early (both times), plain spoken, honest, concerned, and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. He installed a whole home water filtration system. Being on a well, we have sediment in the lines that was affecting appliances in the home. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very knowledgeable about the other plumbing repairs we had done, and the ones we are looking at in the future. While I wasn't excited about the price, it was still well below other estimates. The one thing I look for is honesty, and a company I can trust. Plumb Perfect checked both boxes. I will continue to hire them and I suggest you talk to them before you pay anyone else for service!

    Called them the day after my sump pump died, and they changed the call from next day to an hour after I called. Bobby Carter showed up, performed a quick inspection, gave me the quote, and went straight to work while my family continued clearing our basement of water. He finished the replacement quickly and without hassle. Definitely saving these folks' number for the future.

    David R came out at the time communicated and did a fantastic job! He was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. He detailed everything they was going on with our sump pump, why damage such as ours had occurred, and what the solution/fix would be. He went over details and pricing then ensured our questions were answered before confirming how we would like to proceed. He was very easy to work with and kept us updated throughout the process. Overall great experience. We will use plumb perfect for any future needs and request David.
