  I have used First American Carpet & Floors for both carpeting and laminate flooring. They did a beautiful job. I highly recommend them for your flooring needs. I will definitely be using them again for my future projects.

  Sediq is gracious knowledgeable and helpful in assisting you to choose for your "look" from their sources of quality flooring. His word is what they deliver. His people deliver a beautiful product quickly and with perfection. We had carpeting and luxury vinyl installed and it looks like a new home. Very Reasonable Pricing ! Love our choices and would recommend using First American Carpet and Floors to anyone!

  I loved my experience working with Sediq at First American Carpets and Floors. He is the epitome of a true professional, who knows his craft and his business like the back of his hand. From the 1st foot I stepped inside of the store until my last floor was installed, Sadiq was there offering his wisdom which made me feel very comfortable about our transaction. I had a tight timeline and needed next day installation for carpets and somehow Sadiq arranged for it to be done. I also had old hardwood floors that were in really rough shape, they were also removed and installed in a reasonable time. Sadiq and Miguel worked my project in the downtime of other existing projects. Everything was done professionally, with care and concern, and with great quality. There were a few hiccups Along the way, but both Sadiq and Miguel worked on those issues quietly And I never felt the stress of anything. My floors were finished ahead of schedule and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the Outcome. I highly recommend First American Carpets and Floors for any needs you may have. I know I’ll use them in the future to finish kitchen and bathroom renovations.

  Over the years we've had our floors updated from carpet to hardwood one room at a time. Eventually, our luck ran out because the store we worked with to install our floors closed. On top of that, the type of hardwoods we had were discontinued. I spent weeks contacting other stores and even manufacturers trying to find the floors we had. It amazed me how difficult it was to get messages returned. I was after all, trying to give a business a sale. Sediq is the only person to respond to my messages and help me find flooring that matched what I had. The customer service was outstanding. Sediq was patient with me while I fretted about finding the exact match. I can admit that I was very particular about the floors but Sediq worked with me and helped me find quality hardwood floors that are a pretty great match to what I already had. Additionally, the price was reasonable and the work was done on time as promised. Even when there was an error with a step that was supposed to have a white cap rather than hardwood, it was no big deal and immediately corrected. Sediq made the process painless and we could not be happier with our hardwood floors. Sediq also helped us get new floors in our primary bathroom as well. Again, the process was easy, reasonably priced and very well done. I fully recommend First American Carpet and Floors and will use them again when we get out banister updated in the foyer.
