- DRDJ RaidersDec 4, 20254.0called the day before delivering to ask about overnight parking. They said “you can park alongside the RR tracks, just don’t block any parking spots”. Well, the RR tracks were completely full with dozens of box trucks, dump trucks and abandoned equipment so that was a waste. The open areas all had no parking, tow zone signs etc. Ended up double parking near the tracks just to get woken up at 0600 saying i gotta move. the actual fork lift driver was very nice and once they started unloading it was about 20min
- SNSam NyarkoNov 14, 20251.0I wish there was a zero star, the manager (Ronnie )in Springfield , he was so rude , once you purchase the lumber , you are on your own , he will tell his own colleagues not to give you a hand , thats the company policy. Do not bother to purchase from them, not worth it. They are more worried about law suits than customer service . I had to call someone to come all the way from Alexandria to help me put it properly on my truck and tie it. As I waited for a hour !! How do you operate a lumber yard without a proper customer support ?

There were more staff than customers in there, but that doesn't mean they are going to acknowledge your existence lol. After awkwardly standing at the desk in front of a few employees for a minute, a man finally offered to check me out. The entire process seemed like I was inconveniencing him and the whole staff really. I should've read the other reviews before heading down there. They did at least have the items I needed. Oh well, back to Home Depot.
