One installed took off his clothes and was walking around in his boxer underwear with no shirt on. The owner or individual the installers spoke to on the phone told them "Do not to leave until final payment was made because they may be crooks". They also left the hallway full of carpet strands. The entire interaction with these folks was trashy and unprofessional. I WOULD NEVER EVER UHIRE THE AGAIN.
