He doesn’t listen to what I was looking for in colors for 2 stair runners and wall to wall carpet in the bedrooms John who is the other manager that I spoke to because Sam was off makes an appointment to measure the staircases and bedrooms at the house and bring out samples He cancels 30 minutes before he is suppose to be out there the first time. We reschedule and then does the same thing again ! Don’t waste your time with them Will update this review with the company I end up Being a carpet customer
