  Herb and Valerie are the absolute best! Our A/C went out at the end of July 2024. We have 6 children and all had to sleep on the first floor, because our upstairs was in the 90’s. 😳😭 The first company we called gave us an insanely expensive fix price. We thought we were going to have to survive July and August without AC! 😩 We called Spotsylvania Courthouse Heating and AC for a second opinion. We spoke to Valerie (who was so lovely) and she was able to have Herb come out the same day! He was so kind and very much wanted to solve our problem as fast as he could! Herb checked out our unit and discovered the issue was in our attic. He had the part we needed in his truck and fixed the issue within 30 minutes!! He also took the time to explain what he was checking out each step of the way. We had AC back to normal that night and were able to move all our kiddos back to their rooms safely!!! We will be calling them first for any future issues!!! Herb and Valerie also offered to work with us on a payment plan- which was so helpful for a family of 8 on just one income. We are so grateful for Herb and Valerie and their honest and hard working crew!!!

  Once again, Herb and Val represented the very best in customer service, technical mastery, and providing tremendous value for HVAC services. My AC went out after hours on July 3rd. One email later, Herb was at my house at 0900 on the 4th, with my AC being restored in 30 minutes. Normally, I wouldn't consider calling an HVAC contractor after hours for service on a holiday; however, this company has demonstrated its honesty, fair rates, and integrity to me several times in the past so l had no reservations at all. I switched HVAC contractors (to Spotsy Heating and Air) 8 years ago after a long and losing ordeal with another local company; best decision I ever made! Herb, Val, and their entire team are absolute aces in my book and they have repeatedly earned my highest recommendation!

  Highly recommend them.. They came in and worked hard, very polite and respectful. Everyone including the office were very kind and helpful. In and out in less then a day. They showed up promptly as they said they would and got it done. Thank you guy's.

  These folks did an outstanding job replacing my oil furnace with a new electric. Highly recommend.
