    Roger's HVAC service was above and beyond. They arrived after 7:00 PM, review and tested our heat pump system. Found the main problem in Hvac and even a secondary problem in the electrical service. Quick quality trouble shooting. Gave us a repair estimate and time line, making sure we understood. And departured by 8:20 PM. We received several follow ups in person, telephone, text.

    Had an issue with heat pump Trey made short work of finding the issue, had to order part. Brandon installed part tested system and we were good to go. Thanks Roger’s with a quick response and resolution.

    We recently had an outstanding experience with Roger’s, thanks to their exceptional customer service team. From the initial conversation with technician Dakota Carwile, to the consult with Comfort Advisor Gerrante Walton, we felt heard and genuinely cared for. The team that arrived today for the installation, led by DJ, David Cook, worked seamlessly and efficiently, making the process smooth and unobtrusive (we had several installs done today). Jordan and Chase, along with the rest of the crew, demonstrated professionalism and attention to detail, ensuring a clean workspace and minimal disruption to my day. Additionally, I appreciated the follow-up calls from the home office to check in on our satisfaction. I highly recommend Rogers for their quality service and commitment to customer care. Thank you, Rogers, for exemplifying what great service should be!

    The receptionist at Rogers Heating & Cooling was exceptional. She had a great demeanor and was professional. In my experience with David Veasey, I found him to be unprofessional and unproductive. Although my service call was mishandled by one of his field technicians, there was no attempt to accommodate the fact that half of my home did not have electrical service. He promised to return my call to discuss the matter to no avail. I then reached out again and the receptionist empathized with my situation and acknowledged the sense of urgency of the matter and left another message with David Veasey to return my call, which he never did. This resulted in my home not having complete electrical service over Easter weekend. I'm sure he had service at his home but to him I guess the customer doesn't matter. I will forever and always be an advocate to anyone I know and BBB to never deal with this company as long as he's associated with it. Thank you for the opportunity to give proper notice to my community and general public at large.

    I went with Roger’s for the installation of our new Generac whole house generator. Our salesperson was great and always available when I called. Everyone I spoke with at Roger’s was pleasant. The breakdown is in communication elsewhere and the quality of work. There was minimal communication between Roger’s and our gas company (we already had propane) because both would contact us about when they were going to be there. The young man that came out to install the generator was there all day. The work was poor at best. I sent pics to my salesperson and another electrician had to come out and clean up what the first technician did in error. The second technician was there at least two additional hours to get things corrected and then there was still a switch or something that a third technician had to come out and install. Finally someone came out to do the start up. Was told I’d get pictures and a video as I would not be home. Nothing sent by them except the bill.When I received a follow up call I told them I didn’t know if it worked or not as I never got the video. I’m sure they are all nice people but the overall experience was lacking. Be sure your technicians are fully trained and do neat work before sending them out to someone’s house to install anything. And I would advise not “blaming” the gas company for the breakdown when it was on you, especially when we are friends with the owners of the gas company. It’s easy to blame others sometimes but take accountability for what you control. We were a bit leery going in based on previous reviews but wanted to keep the business local. Roger’s can do better and I certainly hope they do as we need all the businesses in Halifax County we can get. I only wanted to give 2 stars but my wife said to go with 3. If I could give a 2.5 I would.
