- BBBUCK BrockwellOct 24, 20235.0WACO did an asbestos project for me back in August 2005 when it was being considered for a central office. The property has changed hands and is owned by a municipality that i serve as property chairman. Developer is ready to close and WACO was able to find the project and email to town manager information the should satisfy the bank, building inspector, and developer.
