  Town and Country Renovations recently completed a renovation in our home. They removed a wall and replaced a picture window with a large sliding door. I had this vision in my mind for several years and they made it look even better than I imagined! Their employees were wonderful to work with from David and William, who did the demolition and installed the new door to Rito and his team of painters who did a magnificent job doing finishing work and painting two rooms that had quite a bit of trim and tedious work. The floor patching done by Steven Dale is impeccable! Lyn Caldwell, project manager, kept us informed and was very hands on with the project. We are so pleased with the work that they did and cannot wait for our next project with Town and Country.

  During 2024, my wife and I hired Town and County for two projects. First, was to build a new sun room addition to our home and a lower outside deck that is directly below on our sun room. Every aspect of our dealings with Town and Country (T&C) was professional and top-notch. Anytime we had a question about the project, T&C staff would always promptly communicate back with us in a timely manner. The sun room was completed in April 2024, and we have been enjoying this new living space in all four seasons of the past year. Second, we hired T&C to replace a 32 year old shower/bath in our master bedroom, with a new walk-in shower. I especially appreciated the owner of T&C coming to my home and giving us guidance on what to place in our new walk in shower, while the sales rep for T&C was on vacation. The owner was a down to earth, humble fellow and I didn't realize that he was actually the owner of T&C, until the end of his visit. The install of the shower was completed in November 2024 and we are pleased with the work T&C performed. Because of the outstanding service that T&C provided on the two projects that I have described above, my wife and I are now considering hiring T&C to replace a small stand up shower in a second bathroom in the near future.   Our concrete back porch on our new home was transformed into a gorgeous screened porch. A large patio extension was then added utilizing Trex flooring. Town and Country truly exceeded our expectations. The staff and contractors with Town and Country were very professional, courteous, and hard working. Before the project began, Steve Miles came to our home, sat down with us and explained everything that would be done and gave us an accurate timeline. We will be working with Steve and the staff at Town and Country in the near future on upcoming projects. A sincere thank you to everyone.

  Town & Country recently completed a siding project for us, and it looks great! The installers were professional and did a great job.
