Lahera Flooring Installer Inc. was contracted by Lumber Liquidators to install my flooring. They left the house a COMPLETE mess, didn’t finish in the timeframe quoted (actually took 3x as long), and damaged furniture (see pictures of the chipped the dresser, cracked tv stand so the doors don’t close correctly anymore, and scratches left on the wall, outlet cover shown for size reference).
They also managed to use every single bit of the extra five boxes of material I had ordered. I’ve shared the footage from my doorbell camera of them covering the camera while loading their van.
I’m currently working with LL Customer Care and will update when there is a resolution. Curtis, store manager, has been very helpful, while the customer care rep has not.
Edited to add:
Lahera claims they used every plank and that there’s absolutely no way they took any with them, but the video is more than a bit sketchy. Take that how you will. LL Customer Care team let me know that there was nothing they could do since the installers denied taking anything and there was no footage of them doing so (since the camera was covered). LL Customer Care also let me know that they take no liability for damaged furniture and that I would have to contact the installers directly (even though I didn't even have their contact information, since I didn't hire them - LL did.)
Curtis, store manager, was in my corner through the whole process. He reached out to the installers on my behalf, and was able to get me in touch with them regarding the damaged furniture. Lahera did give me $300 to help with the cost of the damaged. It doesn’t replace the pieces, but it is something and I do appreciate it. My review on Lahera Flooring Installer LLC contains the pictures of the damage.
While my experience was negative overall, I want to make it clear that my frustrations are with the LL Customer Care team and with Lahera Flooring Installer LLC. Curtis and his team at the local Lumber Liquidators were responsive, helpful, and took care of me as a customer. I appreciate everything they did for me.

Until this morning, all of my experiences had been positive. However, an interaction with the store manager, Curtis, left me extremely disappointed. His behavior was disrespectful, rude, and unprofessional.
I had purchased flooring to repair a small area in my home. When we picked up the order, one of the boxes had clearly been opened previously, but it appeared full, so we didn’t think much of it. When I later attempted to return that box, I was told, “Oh no, it’s missing a few pieces, so we can’t take it back.” I began explaining the situation to Curtis, but he interrupted me mid-sentence and began speaking to me in a condescending manner. I addressed his behavior, and ultimately decided that I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward.
