He had all parts on hand and completed the repair in about an hour. Courteous, explained costs in detail. I highly recommend!

Cox came out and spent about an hour looking at it and ultimately increased the tension thinking that would fix the problem. Seemed to be working. Couple days later the door got stuck again. We called Cox and they came the next day to look at it again. Ultimately had to completely take apart the spring mechanism to identify the internal issue which they repaired. In addition, they identified that the device had been installed incorrectly by the previous installer and they repaired that as well. Door is working great now! 👍🏼 I appreciate the professional and timely assistance and even better, they prided themselves on getting it done right. Highly recommend.

They checked the torque and found it was at the lowest setting. They increased it and it seems to be working. They also did a visual inspection and lubricated parts. They answered all our questions and gave suggestions. They found a broken frame we hadn’t noticed and nailed it in place. We are very pleased with their thorough service.
