It just so happened I ran into Brandon Sturgill over Thanksgiving and the conversation led to his new job at Ostrom. It was perfect timing to ask him about hot water heaters and he convinced me to look no further than Ostrom for a new one. Sure enough I called Ostrom several days later and spoke to "Grace". Grace is a very charming artificially intelligent techno robot that actually functions like a real human being. "She" efficiently scheduled a service call for me for that very day. Sure enough, I received a follow up text from Tyson, a real live professional plumber, who came by my house and answered all my questions about a new hot water heater. Two days later, as scheduled, he and Eli came and installed the new heater, removed the old one, and in no more than an hour were finished. The new heater looks great and we now have the peace of mind knowing we have many years ahead to enjoy it. Thanks again to Brandon, Grace, Tyson, Eli, and Amanda for their excellent service!! Ostrom is a 5 star company!
