  Updated: Warranty follow up with builder is night mare. Jim from sales team is only one trying to help. But no one from Warranty team will give response or address the issue. I came to Richmond American Homes Pendleton in Caroline County Va and met Jim, the sales manager. He showed us some beautiful homes with a beautiful build. We didn't know we could afford a step up above the competition in build until he showed me the Power of the Rate. The Rate opened the door for my family to have true savings over the course of my brand new home loan. Come see Jim he will set you write with trust and communication to really Win. It's all about how it makes you feel when coming to Richmond American Homes Pendleton with Jim. I did search for other new homes, but there is no match with build quality or rate with Richmond American.
