  I called with no water late on a Sunday, figuring I'd be out for a few days. Jennifer called back and within a couple of hours Tyler was at my door. Tyler btw, may be the happiest person on the planet! Within a few hours we were fully back up and running and cold wet and dirty Tyler was still happy as could be. While that may seem silly, by this time it was 1am. I picked on him for being out so late, and his response left me stunned. "This is the BEST COMPANY I've ever worked for, I don't mind a bit." If this is their level of service and still able to maintain a culture of this stature, I'm seriously a customer for LIFE! (Sorry I'm in HR) Jennifer and Tyler truly made my day JUST BETTER!!! (Name really fits the service, like how they incorporate it in the phone calls!) R. Miller

  The technician who came out was courteous and professional. However, my experience with the scheduling and communication process was frustrating. Over the course of about 10 days, I spoke with multiple people, and each time I had to re-explain the scope of work from the beginning. It didn’t feel like my information was being documented or carried forward, and the conversations often felt rushed. Additionally, I was under the impression that the work would be completed during the initial visit. When the technician arrived, I learned it was only for an estimate, and I was also informed of a $69 dispatch fee that had not been communicated to me beforehand. Clearer communication and better coordination between the office and field staff would significantly improve the customer experience.
