  Russell was a professional in every sense of the word. He walked us through each service, encouraged us to ask questions along the way, and talked us through all of our different options throughout the repair process. I highly recommend him to anyone needing electrical repairs.

  Michael & Sons is easy to deal with, professional, courteous. Our electrician, Jason Hall, is simply amazing! He worked quickly and efficiently, flowing from one task to the next. Jason was polite, professional, and friendly as well as extremely knowledgeable. I will be using Michael & Sons for my future plumbing and electrical needs.

  We needed an electric dryer outlet grounded and our washing machine outlet replaced with a GFCI outlet. I called yesterday for an appointment and got one from between 8:00-10:30, with our service man Christian arriving about 8:15. He gathered my concerns and explained what his repair plans were, and promptly and correctly fixed both outlets. If we ever need any electrical work in the future this will be my first call.

  I have used Michael & Sons once for electrical which was an excellent experience. At that time I bought a service contract which included maintenance. Today they checked my heating and cooling system. Turned out I had something that needed replacing. So glad to catch the problem early. My service tech was excellent, very friendly and professional. So pleased to find a family owned company to take care of my electrical, heating and plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company!

  Michael and Son service repair is definitely the place to call, no matter what the issue is the team are trained and will fix the problem. Each member of Michael and Son have true Grit!!! They put in a new furnace for my mother's house and its better than anything I could have imagined. Brooke Gowans came by yesterday and did a check up the furnace they do a 6 month service and She was very polite, and very knowledgeable, if you're thinking of getting a new furnace look no more..... Michael and Son is leading the way!!!! Thank you Michael and Son Desmond Johnson
