    Russell came by to determine why a fixture wasn't working. Identified the issue, gave me a very simple workaround and I ended up having fix the misleading switch and doing some other upgrade (including the fire alarm) work to get everything squared away in my condo. He took time to explain things, show me what and why items should be changed and specified what was optional and what should be done first. He was fast and efficient and worked around my conference calls (I'm a remote worker). I'm beyond satisfied. And I highly recommend him and subsequently the company.

    Caleb came and was very knowledgable about the problem. He trouble shot the problem and found the thing causing the water issue which was a non typical cause. He then insured that was the only cause of the flooding through system monitoring. Good job!

    Our well system went out due to a bad breaker, so we had no water. Michael and Sons plumbing came out within an hour of my call, and took care of my issue that day. Nathan was great to work with, and did an excellent job troubleshooting our issue. Christian came by a little later with the needed breaker, and had us up and running in less than 30 minutes. Communication throughout the service process was outstanding! I am very satisfied, and highly impressed with the skill and experience of the technicians.

    Caleb Hoffman and Robert from Michael and Son did a very thorough inspection/ maintenance checkup on my HVAC heat pump system. He answered all my questions and made recommendations on future maintenance enhancements to keep the system running efficiently. I asked him to install a new thermostat for it also, which he did.It is more efficient and is also now hooked up into my phone for convenience. I highly recommend Caleb for HVAC heat pump system and related works.

    Don’t call this plumbing company unless you plan to get ripped off! Had a plumber come out on Friday to fix a pin hole leak in the cold water pipe of the hot water heater! We couldn’t reach the pipe so we called this company. We had drained the tank before he got here and since he couldn’t reach the pipe either had to use a dolly and pull the water heater out of the closet he cut the leaking pipe screwed a new pipe on pushed the water heater back in and hooked the 2 pipes up. Cut the power on to tank. It took at must 1 hour 30 mins. Out bill was $1685 that was after a veterans discount. Spoke to service manager and they aren’t doing anything to make this right. This is my dad’s house who is a retired cop and veteran and he got taken advantage of. This is unacceptable I will be contacting the better business bureau. I also will be alerting my 30,000 followers on TikTok, 2,500 on YouTube, 2,000 on instagram and 10,000 on Facebook! If I can’t get a resolution at least I can try and stop this from happening to someone else!!
