This included installing a new outlet from exposed wiring and fixing a junction box and installing a new cooktop. I will definitely be calling them for all of my future electrical issues.
- RSRebecca SterneNov 14, 20251.0I was overcharged by nearly 30% for installing a sump pump (total =$1622 for only the labor to install it. the old one had been removed and a new one had been purchased) in less than an hour. The next day, a customer service rep happened to call to see if I was satisfied with the work and when I provided negative input, she hung up on me. When I called back to speak to a manager, only then did another mgr review the bill and found the mistake. I was refunded $543 today, but that happened by chance, because of a follow up customer service call that went bad. The technicians did a water test that I did not authorize, I was given a sales pitch for water softeners and a new hot water heater which I had not requested. And both customer service representatives were not professional; One hung up on me and the other lied to me. In addition, my email was written down incorrectly from a business card I provided, so I did not receive the invoice, or the plumbing report. All around it was a terrible experience of price gouging, unrequested sales pitches for other unrelated equipment in my home and horrible customer service.

They found where the grounded outlet was and discovered the reset was broken, got it fixed. The work was fast, they left no mess and wete very polite. They were also able to get to my rental pretty quickly after I put in the work order.
