  Well Damien, James, and Jacob were phenomenal. What a great hard working group of guys. Very polite. From the initial meeting to the explanation of the issues, options for a fix that will last since my wife and I plan on staying in this home, were explained well and educated on the units they recommended. No trash was left on site, and no foul language was used. The new system was explained well to me before they left and they made sure my wife and I were happy. Even with running new lines outside in the rain they did not do any damage to the yard that was not to be expected. Again great team there even to the office people I spoke with. All in all great communication from Davis. Highly recommended.

  ⸻ We had Gary from Davis Heating & Plumbing come out today to complete our electrical inspection, and it was a very positive experience. Gary was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He clearly explained what we need to address now and what we should plan for in the future. He took the time to walk me through everything in detail, which I truly appreciated. What meant even more was how kind and engaging he was with my 91-year-old mother. She genuinely enjoyed having him here, and he connected with her in such a natural, respectful way. That kind of patience and warmth does not go unnoticed. It was a pleasure having Gary in our home. Thank you for sending someone who represents your company so well.

  We had the pleasure of having Ryder from Davis Heating & Plumbing service us on Friday afternoon, and I just want to share what a great experience it was. Ryder was polite, courteous, and extremely professional. He is a strong example of what “right” looks like from a customer service standpoint. He was pleasant, thorough, and made sure the job was completed properly. You don’t find many young professionals as attentive and detail-oriented as he is, and it truly stood out. Thank you, Ryder — and thank you to Davis Heating & Plumbing for employing such a great representative of your company.   The two service men who came for a routine HVAC system checkup were professional, friendly, and very thorough! They checked the outdoor heat pump unit, then went into the attic to check my AC unit, and examined the cold air return. They explained everything in great detail. I am very pleased with Davis service and with the reasonable service plan in which these routine checkups are no charge. Thank you Davis! The service man who came from Davis for a routine inspection of my electrical system was friendly, a professional, very well trained and knowledgeable. He thoroughly checked the breaker box and outlets inside and outside. He also answered some questions that I had concerning my electrical system and I was confident that everything was okay. Thank you so much Davis!

  I would strongly advise AGAINST recommending Davis Heating and Cooling. Specifically, their prepaid maintenance plan is not worth the investment. I had the misfortune of working with their technician, Matthew, who was tasked with conducting a prepaid maintenance check. Upon mentioning that my furnace was somewhat old, he became fixated on finding an issue with it, despite it functioning properly prior to his visit. He employed a saltwater spray test, 🙄 which altered the flame color to orange, and promptly declared that there was a crack in my heat exchanger, resulting in carbon monoxide leakage. He intended to disable the furnace, rendering it unusable. I contested his findings, requesting that he utilize a carbon monoxide detector to substantiate his claims. His response was that the detectors were prohibitively expensive, costing $1500, and therefore not feasible for the company to possess. Even his supervisor, who arrived later, did not have access to this essential equipment.🙄 After realizing he could not persuade Matthew proceeded to create a significant hole in the duct box without my permission.😡 The following day, I consulted a different company, and their technician employed carbon monoxide monitors to inspect for any cracks. He dismissed the salt spray test as unorthodox and stated that he had never encountered such a method. His findings revealed no cracks or carbon monoxide leaks, deeming the furnace safe for use. Due to Matthew's actions, which included creating a hole in the duct box I am now experiencing loud banging noises, and i am apprehensive about using the furnace, which was functioning flawlessly prior to his visit.😡😡😡I urge you to explore alternative companies and avoid wasting resources on Davis Heating and Cooling.
