Hall provided exceptional service when I was without heat for a few days. I called on a Sunday afternoon and got their answering service. The person I spoke with was very helpful. Sunday evening, Lani with Hall reached out via text to say she could send a technician the next day (Monday). It started snowing Monday morning, but that didn't stop Hall from arriving. I got a text early afternoon letting me know the technician, Scott, was on his way. While I waited, I called the office to discuss payment. I spoke with Lani who did a great job explaining the benefits of their maintenance plan. Scott arrived shortly thereafter when it was cold, windy and snowing heavily. He was polite, professional, and positive. He got the heat back on immediately! We discussed the maintenance plan further, and I opted in.
