  Madison R and Dan R did a great job! I heard a buzzing noise coming from my breaker box and they came out right away and were able to help us diagnosis and fix the problem. They explained everything super well and gave us different options. The final price was very good and they were able to fix the problem the same day. I’ve been using ostrom for years and I highly highly recommend them. Thank you to Madison and Dan for your help and friendliness :) 10/10

  Daniel came the day after we called for plumbing work. He got the repair done in several hours and called to get authority to repair another issue he found while inspecting the area. While the repairs were expensive, most plumbing work is. I was not present to inspect the job but have no reason to question it and I can say that he was professional and courteous in our conversations and explained what he did. Two thumbs up!!

  Got a water heater removal and installation today and Ostrom and their technicians were professional and friendly (Dustin S was the primary guy on my job, super friendly and chill guy, explained everything to me very clearly and was patient and straightforward). Called to explain what I wanted and within an hour they were here checking it out, gave me an estimate, went to get the stuff in about 20 mins and were back working and done in another hour or two. The install looks great to me (as a total layman). Still, even as a layman I can tell it's tidy work and cleanly done. The price was fair (a little over $2000 for everything) considering the quickness of the work and the professionalism. I was hesitant to call another company (rather than an individual plumber) because I have been sent salesman who walk around trying to sell you on work and outrageous quotes by larger companies, but decided to take a chance with Ostrom and I'd say it was about as good of an experience with getting work done in your house as you can ask for. I will definitely consider using them again if I need a job done that's too much for me to handle.

  Daniel M. Came to my house to fix a toilet. Once he assessed the problem, we decided to replace the old toilet for a new one. However, during the changeover he discovered a huge problem due to the fact that my home is 108 years old! Daniel worked tirelessly ( past work hours) until he was able to replace and install a new toilet. Even though Daniel kept hitting “ roadblocks “, he persevered with a very positive and hopeful attitude! Thank you Ostrom and Daniel for a job well done!

  We recently had an outstanding experience with Ostrom and wanted to share just how impressed we were with their entire team. It all started when we discovered a leaking pipe in our basement. We called Ostrom, and they quickly sent out a Plumbing Technician, Tyson. From the moment he arrived, he was professional, polite, and incredibly knowledgeable. He performed a thorough plumbing inspection, took the time to answer all of our questions, and never made us feel rushed. We were also concerned about our aging water heater (from 1992), and instead of trying to pressure us into a replacement, Tyson gave us an honest and fair assessment. Based on his guidance, we decided to go ahead and include the water heater replacement along with the pipe repair. When he finished, everything was cleaned up better than it was before, something we truly appreciated. Later, when one of the solder seals unexpectedly failed and caused water to leak again, we called the dispatcher. She immediately connected us with Tyson, who walked us through how to temporarily stop the leak and then returned that same evening to fix it. Tyson also recommended having an electrician check an outlet that had been exposed to the leak. The very next day, two Electrician Technicians Jeff and Edy came out to assess the situation. They were just as thorough, honest, and extremely patient in explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand. We also asked about installing an outdoor outlet and getting their opinion on a few other electrical concerns. Jeff, and Edy, completed the outdoor outlet installation and provided thoughtful recommendations without trying to upsell us on unnecessary work. They were both respectful of our home, and especially mindful of our pets. They always made sure gates and doors were closed behind them. Because of this experience, we will absolutely be requesting Jeff again in the coming weeks for additional electrical work. We highly recommend Ostrom, and especially Tyson, Jeff, and Edy, for anyone in need of plumbing or electrical services.
