- JSJames SmithNov 9, 20251.0I had a 2 windows and a door installed all 3 were damaged that's where all the fun started I told them I wanted my refund back I talked to Chris and Matt both were arguing with on me on almost everything that there crew did I was frustrating and it felt like I was in quick sand to many red flags Matt told me that a refund isn't possible he said everything can be fixed he said we will sit down and talk about price on these jobs do you know what I was thinking after this blow up to to my house I had no trust with this company one thing we did agree on its a old house to let consumers know who did the work was Johnny Bravo and his 2 sons his sons were on there cellphones half the time the crew was reckless including Chris Adam's the production manager they wanted my money and I I'm financing this all together including I ordered a storm door about 6,900 I wanted to have good service and I didn't get that well last Friday on 7 Nov they came by again to fix this problems they tried to fix all the problems again let me advise that they only fixed the issues they think they did WOW so the dialog with this company is its there way or have legiations I sign the paper saying did fixed there problems with my house I have contacted my financing company and they said they will try to help me I thought Window world was a professional and polite company I was wrong so piss poor work done again Do not recommend at all please be aware!!!!!
