Within 20 minutes the owner called and said he was sorry but there was no way to replace it that weekend. He credited my card and came and picked up the machine on Monday. I told him I’d be ready to try again in a few weeks and he said he would take care of me. Good customer service in a not so good situation. Four stars instead of five because equipment broke.
