  My name is Clinton Yandle, for the past 23yrs I’ve been the creator, owner, and operator of Turdbusters right here in Roanoke. Last week I rented a mini excavator from these guys. Every thing was going swell. They informed me that the cost to rent for a day was around $350.00 not sure the exact dollar amount but I found it considerably cheaper that their competitors. Turns out I had to keep the machine for an extra day to finish the job. I assumed the extra day would cost me an additional $350. You could imagine my shock to find three separate charges on my banking account. The first was for $718.94. The second was for $307.17 and j m third was for $265.00. That’s close to $1,300.00 for 48 hrs. of mini excavator use. They did not bother to tell me that they were going to charge my card three times. They did not bother to explain why my card was charged double what they quoted me. Extremely unprofessional in my book. I am a small business that extra $500.00 they took from my account with out my knowledge drove my account into the negative. Here I am Monday morning trying to figure out how much money I lost in overdraft fees and how I am going to put gas in my van. There is no excuse that I’m willing to accept for what they did. I believe it was intentional so I will extend the same courtesy as they showed me with this review perhaps they will lose more money than they took from me. Don’t be fooled by the cheap phone quote that’s deception to get you in the door. Then once your in Wham Wham Whammy. I’ll make more money no problem. I won’t be sharing anymore of it with Herc.

  Gary and Danny and Earl were all extremely helpful and they gave me a great price on renting some needed equipment. Their prices were considerably lower than two other major area rental agencies and I highly recommend them.
