Unfortunately the handle adjustment wasn't fixed even though the worker said it was, but I was able to correct that myself by simply loosening the handle connection nut. I was charged only a sevice call of $80 and $5 for the flapper; otherwise, I would have complained. Only other negative I would mention is that if you are sensitive or do not like the smell of cigarette smoke, perhaps specifically ask for workers who do not smoke. My whole townhouse smelled heavily like cigarettes after they left for quite a while. The work itself; good. The workers; friendly. The company; recommended with these caveats.
