  Truly professional and honest contractor! You only have to shop for a roofing contractor ONCE- and you guys are set apart by your standards. Excellent customer communication! From the initial roof inspection to the total redecking and two layer removal and new roof installation,we were totally impressed ! You can’t even tell you were here except for the beautiful new roof..! Highly recommended.. We are so glad to have met you at the VA HOME SHOW!

  Shane came by to give me an estimate for my new roof and all I can say is what a super nice guy!! He was kind, professional, patient and helpful with all questions and concerns I had. He did not pressure me nor make me feel rushed. Shane is a great representation of this company and I appreciate him for being a Blessing to me today and thank Pyramid for having such an awesome guy as part of your family! I look forward to doing business with you!!!

  Rodney was very polite, professional and respectful. We discussed the importance of work I knew needed to be done and gave me complete inspection with video showing every concern. Explaining in depth what was wrong and what needed to be done to resolve issue. He in my opinion went above and beyond to answer my questions and understand my personal needs with respect of medical situation, payment needs & having quality work. Rodney made my initial contact with Pyramid a huge factor in why I would choose to use Pyramid he was very professional, didn’t rush and answered every question. I explained that I am getting several repairs done and need to get the funding situated for everything before signing anything. I look forward to work t with Rodney in the near future.

  I had an excellent experience with Rodney Anderson from Pyramid Roofing! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and very informative throughout the entire process. He took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood all of my options. This was honestly the best presentation I’ve ever had—Rodney made everything feel easy and stress-free.   They are the fastest, most professional roofers you will come across. We had a bad snow storm and thunderstorm which proved to be more than the roof could take after 22+ years. Shingles came loose and the metal frame on the house lifted up. Will Bowman, Pyramids technician arrived with his roofing team members on the scheduled day and time as discussed. He was kind and professional. They started at 7:30am and was done by 1pm. Yes, that's right, the same day. When they were done the roof looked amazing and property around our house was cleaned from any debris. If you need your roof done Pyramid Roofing should be your first and only choice.
