  Johnnie was a pleasure to work with! We needed the exterior of our home painted and he was professional from start to finish! The crew that completed our project were great as well and finished in record time! I would highly recommend Jacob’s Ladder and look forward to working with them again!

  We are so happy with the work performed by Jacob's Ladder! The project manager Joshua answered all of our questions and took time to explain everything. We changed out old faded gray vinyl for warm and inviting Rustic Red vinyl. Plus the crew members painted our 20' x 20' studio with a paint that matched the siding. The front door and shutters were painted Essex Green and they look tremendous. Our friends and neighbors are all impressed, too; some even stopping in the middle of the street to tell us! In about a week's time they removed the old siding, painted the studio, put up the siding, painted the shutters and rehung them, painted both sides of the storm door, and the front door. Plus everything was cleaned up each day. It is just amazing!!

  Johnnie is kind, knowledgeable, proficient and thorough. Victor did an excellent, quality job. This team is amazing. Johnnie walked me through the entire process and ensured everything was completed as expected. You will thank yourself for contracting Jacob's Ladder. A true blessing in the contracting community.

  Working with Jacob’s Ladder on our garage and deck update was an excellent experience. Johnnie was outstanding. His communication and follow-through were exactly what you hope for in a project manager. Scope, costs, timeline, and progress were always clear and well-managed. Neri, Nelson, and Maryenny's workmanship was thorough, tidy, and met all expectations. I would gladly work with them again and highly recommend them to others.

  I dragged my feet on this project for six months and I wish I hadn't. Jacob's Ladder was amazing from start to finish — and honestly, it just kept getting better. Justin, my Project Manager, was terrific. He communicated clearly throughout the entire process and made everything remarkably simple. Shorty, the Crew Leader, was outstanding. And Chelino, who actually installed the siding, was incredible — he held every board to the exact standard you'd want and didn't cut a single corner. If I could go back, I would have hired this company years ago for my roof and deck too. Truly the best experience. I can't recommend them highly enough.
