The locking mechanism on the storm door has never worked making it impossible to lock the storm door from the outside. Since then, I have been trying to get WW back out to fix it. They finally got back to me last week about an appointment. Then 5 minutes ago I receive a text (not even a phone call but a text from a random number) stating this appointment was made in error and it’s the manufacturers problem not theirs regarding the storm door I paid them for and they installed. So now I’m on my own. Funny how they didn’t have a problem taking my money! Needless to say I will not be doing business with these clowns again!
