  Talking to Mike I think his name was and he asked me if I wanted somthing painted . I was debating on black or white. When I decided on white he remarked "yeah you want it to work right?" And laughed Never in my life have I heard someone just say blatant racist things like that to a customer... mind you my wife is black.

  I broke a bolt on my rear fender of my 13 Triumph Thunderbird halfway through the grooves, which me and my buddy tried to remove. Nevertheless to say we messed it up and even the bolt extractor broke and was stuck inside. Very frustrating situation. Triumph Richmond recommended these guys and whoala! They fixed it. Did a clean job for very very reasonable price. I'd recommend West End Machine to anyone! Nice people to do business with. Thanks!

  Not very customer friendly, unless you can brave the muddy streets full of old cars and old parts to find a place to park. it's really a place for people who deal with machinery and metal fabrication.
