  I cannot speak highly enough of this team. After my dishwasher flooded my kitchen, USAA assigned this team to the job. From start to finish, they were class acts. David was extremely communicative. The insurance company really limited the budget I could work with, and David and his team helped break down what was possible. Everyone showed up on time, worked with my schedule, and stuck with their timelines. Also, I always felt comfortable with whomever was in the house. When I had a question about the floor, Mr. Frick came over himself to help sort everything out, the same day. I am not even close to their highest paying customer, but they treated me like I was. Really cannot recommend them enough. If I ever need home repairs again, I'll call them.

  I recently experienced a water disaster and my whole kitchen was flooded… I hired Walker and Frick as contractor for the remediation; and they were nothing short of outstanding! They replaced flooring, cabinets, and painted and I am so grateful… All craftsmen were polite, neat , and efficient! Thanks for all of your professionalism and a job well done !

  Walker & Frick Construction Co. is an outstanding company! One of our trees fell on top of our detached garage and also ruined part of our retaining wall. One of the owner's, Glenn Walker came out to introduce himself and look at the damage. Russ Heiser oversaw the project and came out with Glenn. Glenn and Russ put our minds at ease right away. Russ Heiser kept in touch with us step by step. Angela in the front office was excellent! She was very helpful explaining any questions we had. Paige worked with our insurance company to make sure they received the payments. Walker & Frick went above and beyond! Thank you, Russ for all your hard work! I also want to thank Glenn, Angela and Paige! Our detached garage looks great and so does the retaining wall! Thank you! We will recommend Walker & Frick to co-workers, friends, neighbors and family members! Walker & Frick was dedicated to giving us peace of mind. You all are the best!! We appreciate everything!   We have had many experiences with contractors and Walter and Frick was by far the best we’ve had. We worked with David and from day 1, he was extremely responsive, his team was prompt and helpful, and he walked us through each set of the process. They always cleaned up so well when they were finished for the day and did a beautiful job repairing flooring in our home. Couldnt recommend them enough!!

  Best. Team. Around! I highly recommend Walker & Frick. Their work ethic and integrity literally saved us thousands of dollars. We live in Austin, Texas, and experienced severe water damage at our property in Richmond. Virt kindly became my "eyes on the ground" - overseeing the entire restoration and renovation for me. He made great suggestions, was very cost conscious while continuing to focus on quality, and remained responsive and engaged through the entire process. He even helped me understand the whole insurance world. And guess what. Eighteen months later, we had ANOTHER, unrelated water incident. I reached out to Virt and we literally picked right back up where we left off. We've never even met in person, but I truly consider him a friend. I never leave reviews - but I had to share our experience.
