- JGJeff Gschwind6 days ago5.0Great experience! Needed a forklift to unload several pallets being delivered to our storage facility. I had no experience operating the equipment. The representative at United Rentals recommended that I enroll in the certification course they offer and put me in contact with their training representative. I enrolled, and completed the on-line training. Their representative also arranged for a live training session after the online course, which was great. Their trainer reviewed all aspects of operating the equipment, I was able to operate the equipment, making sure I was comfortable with all aspects. He then worked with me through the reservation process. The delivery driver, Scott, called me about 30 minutes prior to drop off. During delivery, Scott was professional and made sure the equipment was ready and set up as I needed. He made sure that I had phone numbers of who to contact if I had any issues as well as who to call once finished, so the equipment was picked up. Great experience from beginning to end. I highly recommend United Rentals for any small business owner who has similar needs.

I called at 3pm, on a Friday, the day before a significant snowstorm. Scott S. was great. He was understanding of our needs. He was able to get the lift swapped for a scissor lift. During the snow and ice, he was great to work with for logistics when some days were on-the-fly. We called the lift off, then re-rented a short period later due to happenings that needed the space in the job location. Again, Scott was the best to deal with. This guy rocks. 100% would use them and Scott repeatedly.
