He helped design and explain everything while we were in the office and then again by phone and email the next day. After thinking about it I wanted to make some changes and Al made it happen. The crew that came and installed were also amazing, they were polite, asked questions and made sure it was exactly where and how I wanted it done. The office staff kept in contact on the day of install to let us know when they were arriving and what to expect. The whole thing was easy and seamless, oh and I don't want to forget to mention, the quality of materials was excellent and the price could not be beat by any other supplier that we looked into.
