- PFPatty FinnJul 18, 20183.0Rented 2 different stump grinders, neither of which performed as described. However, you don't know this until make the trip to pick it up, take it home, and try it out. They have no way to test the grinders at the shop beforehand, so they were likely either too dull, not strong enough to do the job, or both. Sunbelt credited the full charge for the grinders, but the time wasted was frustrating and I still had to pay someone for their time in trying to get them to operate They provide a transport trailer which is a huge convenience and which other rental shops don't do. I cannot comment on other rental products as the stump grinder was the only equipment I used.
