SolarTyme explained all aspects of the company, how things worked, and planning for my specific house from beginning to end. If I had questions, they answered them in a timely fashion and well explained. Great service and company.

Solar Tyne did a great job from start to finish. We were warned by a competitor that no one could install within the timeframe Solar Tyne did. They didn’t give us a ‘hard sell’ which I hate. We were nervous but the nailed it on time without any problems. Installed 16 solar panels in a day and monitored to ensure they worked correctly. One did not and they told me (I had not noticed) and replaced immediately. Very pleased with their work and would recommend them for similar work.

I worked with SolarTyme on a project where they installed solar panels and I installed a HVAC system and ductwork. This homeowner was on their second install for solar from SolarTyme and had nothing but praise for them. I enjoyed working with SolarTyme to help the homeowners improve the overall efficiency and comfort of their home. Communication was smooth and it was clear they genuinely care about delivering quality work for their customers. I would absolutely recommend SolarTyme to both homeowners and other contractors looking for quality work.

Being in the trades most my life, I've never seen a group of people show a total disrespect for the clients property as there crew did. They started the day by backing their trailer into mine without even having the courtesy of telling me, thank you to Ring cameras. Then the following day I noticed that my trucks taillight was not seated within the rear fender. There was a hole in the lens and it was cracked as if a ladder had smacked it. Back to my trusted Ring camera to check out the previous days activities. Now I didn't actually see anything hit my truck. But ladders were setup around my truck before I noticed it and moved it out of their way. But I captured 2 guys at the rear of my truck talking while looking at the before mentioned taillight. There was no smiles on their faces, maybe a bit of concern if I had to guess.
I did notify the company and their manager of the 2 incidents. Also sent photos of the trailer dent and where the tongue and block had been moved 2 inches from being hit. Pictures of the trucks taillight, and since then videos of his crew backing up with their trailer next to mine. All this and nothing, all I get is that it's been passed to uppers.
As far as the actual work performed? I can't answer that. The crew didn't tell me about any of the incidents during the day. Didn't tell me they were done for the day or install, just left. The electrician who is with another company was still there. Who is must say was awesome. Bottom line is none of the damage has been repaired, and this all happened in December. If the roof leaks how in the heck can I rely on this company to make the repairs? I'm not a happy camper at all.
Be careful, and do your homework.
