When he heard my grandson (homeowner) was a first responder he offered a coupon without being prompted. He came out the next day to measure and answered all of our questions and also made recommendations. The man knows his business. Installation went well and the shutters look fantastic. If you are looking for an honest and reputable company to do business with, I would highly recommend them
