  After failing to even get a call back from two other local plumbers, I called Michael and Son and was able to get through to somebody immediately. They had a technician named Fernando out to me the same day! Fernando made very fast and efficient work of our broken sink garbage disposal unit, replacing it with equipment that he carried with him right in his truck! No wait or nonsense involved! He was well spoken and very well presented, answered all questions and provided much helpful information. I will definitely work with him again and I recommend him and Michael and son to anybody needing plumbing or electrical work!

  I had a leak in my shed where my hot water heater and HVAC are housed. I called Michael & Son and they suggested sending a plumber out first. Tyree came out and diagnosed that after 24 years the hot water heater was due for replacement. He came back out the next day and did a great job with the replacement. He told me everything he was going to do and was very professional. While I believe that Michael & Son are on the more expensive side, the quality of their work is top notch.

  The Michael and Son was very good about scheduling the appointment. Notifying me when the Technician was on his way. The issues was that I had a bad plug outlet which caused the breaker to flip. When the breaker was on the lights would come on than flicker and go off. They did say the charge was for 450.09. In my book outrageous for the work that was done. When I wasn’t going to do it he said that it had to be done because it was a safety issue and could burn the house down. I had no choice but to pay him. Work was done. Every thing works. Still not happy feel like I got over charged.

  We had electrical problems with a couple of wall plugs but our breaker panel had bigger problems. We were outdated and not up to present codes. Needed GFCI breakers replaced, some other circuits needed GFCI breakers and we had the other breakers also replaced. They were wearing out and becoming unsafe. It was a lot of work. Francisco arrived around 4, thoroughly accessed everything, left to purchase new breakers and worked until around 8pm. He was very knowledgeable and made us feel secure. We are very thankful to have this work completed and are feeling much safer.

  They installed a new HVAC system in our home 5 years ago. It has never worked. They came out several times and fixed multiple issues (leak, broken board) and it still hasn’t completely fixed the issue. The last time they came the person was very rude and said it was the last time they would try to fix the issue. They still didn’t fix it. We just got a 1,000 electric bill to heat a 2,000 square foot home. The system is still NOT working. I will never use this company again and caution anyone who might think of having them install a new HVAC unit.
