I needed a company that would do good work at a reasonable price. I called and spoke to a lady who was kind and thoughtful in how she assured me I would be treated well. The technician that came out properly diagnosed the problem, quoted a fair price and got to work.. 2 days later, after unexpected issues requiring parts were finally resolved.. I had heat. No excuses, no extra charges no problems He didn't even tax me for the unsolicited advice I'm sure he got.. Next time I know who to call. Michael and Sons

His communication was fantastic, as well. I was impressed with how quickly I was able to schedule an appointment online. Service was incredibly timely and professional. Can't recommend enough!

We had been without water for 3 days and they were determined to get us up and running. Words cannot express how much we appreciate them and their willingness to be without their families on Christmas Eve just to make sure we had water. We made sure they were taken care of with some loaded potato soup for dinner. And Christmas cookies for Damonte to decorate with his kiddos. Thank you both from the bottom of our hearts ❤️

However the technician that came out, Al, was great. He listened to my concerns, explained odds and ends that I had questions on, and took time to try ways i suggested of clearing my main line rather than just refusing and immediately charging additional for an extra service. That extra 15 minutes he spent working with me that successfully cleared my line instead of immediately pushing to charge me another $300 in my books marks this company above others. I'd definitely consider give them another call when I run into another issue I can't handle myself.
