  We decided to go with M&S for electrical work over local companies the past few times because of the speed they could come out and service us - and had great experiences. We were really happy to have gotten Dustin both times! He is very prompt, professional and kind. He explains things well, is transparent, and in general leaves you feeling like you’re in good hands. We’re very happy with his work on our home. I wonder if we could book him every time.. haha. Thanks again!

  I want to give a huge shout-out to Joan Santana from Michael & Son Services. He was absolutely amazing! From the moment he arrived, he was kind, patient, and very professional. Joan was compassionate, took his time explaining everything to me, and made sure I fully understood what was going on with my system. He didn’t rush, he didn’t pressure me, he truly cared that the job was done right and that I felt comfortable. His customer service was outstanding, and his spirit was just refreshing. People like him make a stressful situation feel so much easier. Thank you, Joan, for your help, your honesty, and your kindness. Michael & Son is truly blessed to have someone like you on their team!

  Alex from Micheal & Son recently completed our heating and A/C inspection, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable. Alex took the time to thoroughly inspect everything, explain what he was checking, and answer all of our questions in a way that was easy to understand. We really appreciated his attention to detail and honest recommendations. It’s clear he takes pride in his work and cares about his customers. If you’re scheduling an HVAC inspection, I highly recommend asking for Alex!

  My service technician (Plumber) was Carlos Hernandez-Parades to convert old ice-maker PVC hose and bib from wall to refrigerator to new turnstile nozzle with braided 12ft polymer ice-maker water connector. A small 4x4 cut had to be done to drywall to remove the old PVC hose valve that has been there for 10yrs. The new turnstile type nozzle was installed and 12ft polymer water hose was connected. The cut area is clean. The drywall piece that was removed will be will repaired by homeowner. This job had to be completed for the delivery of a new refrigerator. Carlos was very professional from the time he arrived until the time he departed. He continuously updated me on what was happening through the entire process. Any questions that I had was answered in a way I can understand. After install was complete he cleaned the work area and waited 10 mins to ensure there was no water leak present. The job took approximately 30-45 mins. I would recommend Carlos for your plumbing issues. Great first time experience for this homeowner.Thank you, Sir!!!

  This was my first time using Michael and Son. From the phone call to get a profile set up with Enzo to having a technician sent out SAME DAY to check our smart thermostat to make sure wires were secured and corresponded to the correct location. The service was so professional from beginning to end. A text message sent the moment the appointment was confirmed, giving the timeline of arrival. I was off today, so it out worked perfectly. They even text you a photo of the technician who will be arriving! So incredibly safe! I’m a female and anyone could be coming to the door, you just never know these days. Adam was professional the moment I opened the door, he was putting on his boot covers, still have snow and ice, what has melted has turned the grown to mud. Those are simple things however you don’t think about those details when inviting someone into your house. I just like details and Adam, you nailed it! Adam gave me a visual and explained where the wires were going and I was able to explain it to my fiancé who was at work, and he was happy to know he installed the smart thermostat correctly and everything was running and working just right. Adam even checked and told me the noise I had been hearing was the metal ducts and it was flexing with the heat going on and off creating that boom noise I keep hearing in the attic. Super duper nice to put my mind at ease that there aren’t refugees (opossums) up there living it up at my expense 🤣. Crazy affordability to get that great of service from when you call, they pick up, to scheduling, tech arrives, diagnostic is done, payment collected! I mean WOW!! I own my own company too, so I am truly a fan! Thank you Adam for helping us narrow down our problem, you did great work👏
