- FBFred BFeb 25, 20191.0I used to order all my supplies from this company. lately tried to put an order for a ballast and some bulbs with Fred Lane. He asked me to email him exact order spects and I did. gave me a price and told him go ahead and order. I also asked him if he can give me a break on delivery charge since I can get the same product for less. Never heard back. I called him and he said he will call me back and never did. it's been 2 weeks and nothing from them. I guess they don't want my business. It would be nice if they have told me instead to keep me waiting. Called another company and were able to get it ordered and delivered same day.
