  Michelle Herdt and Virgil and the rest of the Gayton Village by Stanley Martin Homes are very professional and warm people. The whole experience was awesome. I'm buying my home with Michelle's guidance and everything went smoothly. She's marvelous and very quick in her communication, not even a quick second and you get all information you need. Michelle Herdt is very efficient, effective, reassuring and beautiful as well. The whole team is just like Michelle Herdt, she represents a great team of people. Besides, it's a great location.

  I recently purchased a condo here and had a fantastic experience from start to finish.
