They even gave me the manufacturers phone number so I could get it myself. Parking is a little confusing, because the store itself doesn't face the main road.

It's impossible to get someone on the phone-they put you on hold for 10 minutes then transfer the call then no on ever picks up and if they do it goes to voicemail. Then they don't get back to you after all that time. Incorrect parts are send, packages are left on the sidewalk in the rain, and they could care less. Awful customer service!!
