  Brad, Jake and company were incredible, design help to cleanup our new patio was completed with care and precision. This is the 2nd time we’ve used Deco Crete and won’t use anyone else. We did get a couple of competitors quotes for this latest project, Deco Crete won on price and quality. Thanks team! We’ll see you on the next pour. Great work! Beautiful pad, patio, walkway and wall.

  I’m not even the customer, but they blocked my driveway in the morning. I talked to the guy on site, I called the office, I called the supervisor, and I called the county. I could get my car out no prob. I needed to get my trailer out too so I could head to a job, but couldn’t get my trailer out if I tried and let alone back in my driveway. I wasn’t able to turn wide at all (left or right) They waited till the end of their work day to move the pile. Inconsiderate and unprofessional! Their reply comment to me from higher up should tell you enough about their professionalism. What does deco-Cretes reply about another company I dealt with have to do with this? That was between me and that company. I’ve added photos * edit- looks like deco Crete has deleted their comment to my post. SMH

  Called twice left two voice mails to get an estimate on a concrete patio. No one called me back. That is a good way to lose a lot of new business.

  I called to get a quote and spoke with Brad. He asked what my project was and describe that I needed a large patio. He responded almost instantly saying “nah we’re not interested in that” and gave no other explanation. For context this is a job that three other contractors have quoted between $12,000 and $15,000 for, so I understand it’s not the biggest job in the world but based on the pictures on the website it’s also not the smallest job they would’ve done. The fact that he gave absolutely no explanation or reason as to why they didn’t want the business is absolutely crazy to me. As someone who runs a business I couldn’t imagine speaking to a customer the way he spoke and just simply turning down business without providing some type of reason why. Based on this interaction alone I could only imagineHave a customer would be treated if there was an issue or problem during the installation.

  Been in Customer Service for 25 yrs and am very critical with companies and how they handle customer service. Brad and ALL of his crew were 100% spot on from beginning to end! Knocked it out of the park!! Very patient, professional, and the level of detail they provided far exceeded our expectations. They absolutely put their customers first!! Our backyard was never utilized and now is literally a dream come true. I still cant believe this is my backyard! I would and have highly recommend Deco Crete to anyone having concrete work performed. OUTSTANDING!! THANK YOU DECO CRETE TEAM!!!
