  Nigel Adams is THE best plumber! He replaced a dead disposal, leaking hose bib and old (leaking) washer taps. He knows his stuff, enjoys his job and takes great pride in his work product. He has excellent customer service skills, a grand sense of humor and was a pleasure to have working in my home. I've found my plumber for life! Thank you D&G for this hiring decision! Nigel needs a big raise at his next employee evaluation.

  Had a new sink installed. Our plumber was Masjede Azizi. He was so professional & polite. He arrived early ( he called & texted to make sure it was okay) He looked over everything, gave us a quote & got to work. Quick, no mess, took the old sink & the wrappings from the new sink. Couldn’t asked for a better experience. I checked overpriced below, but I would call Davis & Green again. Masjede doesn’t set the price! To feel like the service performed was done by a professional & to feel like I can call them back if something goes wrong, gives me a lot of peace of mind.

  I had an electrical emergency as my home had odd and sporadic power loss. One room would have electricity and another would not. A lamp would work in the master bedroom, but not the overhead fan. It was very odd to say the least. I called Davis & Green and they responded very quickly. Alex arrived at my house about an hour later and had the problem diagnosed and resolved in less than an hour. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. I hope I never have occasion to call them again, but if I do need an electrician for any reason, I will most definitely call Davis & Green. I very highly recommend them.

  My experience was not a good one. The coordination between the office and service staff was messy, to say the least. I contacted D&G to install a new water heater. I received a quote which didn't include the model number or any information for the water heater they quoted. My emails from them were "noreply" so I had to call them. They did send me the model number eventually. On the day of the installation (a Friday), I was under the impression D&G would be at my home after the techs first appointment, but it would be later in the morning. Then the office called to say it would be nearer to noon. Sometime in the mid-afternoon I called to let the office know that no one had called or showed up. They said the tech was running a little late. I told them I didn't want to start this work too late to make sure it could be completed that day. If necessary, we could put it off to another day. They said it would be done that day. Around 3:30 PM (same day), the tech called to say he was on his way. One of the techs was picking up the hot water heater from the supply house. The tech showed up and began to disconnect the system. The second tech showed up with the new hot water heater within the hour. Unfortunately, the supply house left out 4 clamps, which was discovered around 4:30 PM. As the supply house was closed, a third tech with the necessary equipment, including the clamps, was going to come help out. The first 2 techs left around 6:00 PM. Finally, around 8:30-9:00 PM, the work was completed and the plumbing tech finished and left.

  Recently I had a maintenance service check up for my AC/Heat unit and the customer service was superb! The employee name was Kruger and he was very knowledgeable, patient, and respectful. He answered all of my questions without any attitude. He informed me what I needed going forward and what service he provided. Kruger did his job to the best of his ability with the utmost sincere responsibility. Because of Kruger I would highly recommend Davis & Green.
