  After waiting on hold for a long time, I was connected with somone who should not be working in a service capacity. After explaining that we were looking for maintenance and to start a service plan, she seemed more concerned with whether or not I was actually the homeowner (I indicated that I was calling on behalf of my mother who is a senior and relies on me to schedule things) than getting me on the schedule and verifying what they need to do when they show up to the home. She was curt, rude, and made it clear that our business was not welcome. Final question: If they can't handle taking on new business, how are they going to be when you actually need them in an emergency? Would not recommend contacting this business.

  Electrician Hunter and apprentice Mason were courteous and hard-working. A kitchen circuit failed and the breaker controlling it did not function properly. The breaker box was original to the circa 1973 house we bought this past summer and confusing, with some breakers unlabeled and others turned off but why? (Hunter thought the house previously had baseboard heating.) I hate a disorganized breaker box. Had the whole thing replaced and they did it the same day! Yay! I trust Davis & Green for qualified and trained electricians who will get the job done and do it right.

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Mark from Davis & Green was excellent from start to finish. He called ahead before arriving and was punctual, polite, and genuinely friendly. He was very thorough and helped me map out a clear plan for my HVAC service for the spring, which I really appreciated. He never talked down to me, and I never felt like I was being up-sold. Everything was explained clearly and respectfully, which made the experience feel comfortable and trustworthy. He also shared helpful insight into other services Davis & Green offers, which made it easy to see how I could build a longer-term relationship with the company. Mark was also very understanding about my dogs, which always makes a difference when someone is working in your home.

  Called for a service yesterday morning, was told someone was able to come. Got the text and email confirmation, but was told they couldn’t give me a time, just that the technician would call 30 mins prior to come. Called back a little before 5 pm, since we had not heard from anyone. Office was closed. All texts came back with same message, email was just rejected as not being allowed. Here we are next day and office is closed for the next two days. Can’t use the water because the pipes have a clog and is a holiday so finding someone today will be near to impossible and extremely expensive.

  I had used Davis & Green for some electrical work several years ago and was happy with their work and prices. Had a new project come up and decided to reach out to them for a quote. They previously provided free estimates so I did not think to ask about pricing for a quote nor was I informed when booking the estimate appointment. The technician was here for maybe 10-15 minutes and charged me $89. I was informed it is not applied to any future work you do with the company. Most companies these days do not even charge fees for estimates/quotes and IF they do, they apply it to future work done with their company. Overall, a bit disappointed. I have attached here the confirmation email that says nothing about any expected costs for the scheduled estimate. I also notified the customer service team.
