Velux referred me to Bull and, even though I called out of hours, Sean was not just available but extraordinarily helpful, holding my hand as we worked through the possible issues carefully and thoroughly. I couldn't possibly have asked for more. The following morning, Diego showed up as early as I could have wished, went through the possibilities with me again, and we worked out the problem. There is simply no question that in the future, it's Bull I'll call -- for anything at all, major or minor. And call right away.

He sent his crew when he said he would and they made the repairs as discussed. Elmar then called me to follow up, explained the repairs, and asked if I approved of the completed work. In today's world, finding a company to do what they say they will when they say they will, and with professionalism and kindness is a very rare combination. I appreciate the stress free service.
