  Review for Priority Home Solutions October 30, 2025 We are so pleased with the bathroom renovation work done by the owners and their craftsmen. They did a great job demolishing all of the old tile, rebuilding from the sub flooring up, upgrading both the plumbing and electrical before doing the walls, shower and floor. We had the opportunity to select as many aspects as we wanted. Each of the craftsmen who worked in our home were polite, respectful of our home and friendly when interacting with us. Each day, they left the work area clear of debris and made sure that no pathway was blocked. Ross and Lori communicated almost daily with us and kept us apprised of any changes in the schedule or manufacturer’s delays. We could not have envisioned a better outcome. They took an outdated space and turned it into a precious gem.

  Priority Home Solutions (PHS) LLC came to the rescue when fire burned part of a building that we own. Parts of the building that remained unscathed by the fire were smoke-damaged. The PHS team responded on-site late at night as soon as we called them. Their presence and professionalism helped us calmly assess the situation and determine next steps. PHS cleaned and refurbished the interior of the building to a state where a person could not even see evidence of the previous damage! This project had the complexities of working with an insurance company on a large loss. The small multi-family residential building had the complexities of working with older homes and challenges of correct previous repairs.

  We had been getting quotes to add a great room to our home and renovate our kitchen and dining room. All other contractors simply went with what we asked for, Ross not only gave us the best price, he made recommendations that better suited our needs and made the best use of the land/space available. The work was completed as timely as possible (rain was not our friend) and I can't say enough about how much we love the addition, the flooring, counter tops, cabinets....his company did great work and the vendors/suppliers he coordinates with were just as accommodating.
