  Review for Priority Home Solutions October 30, 2025 We are so pleased with the bathroom renovation work done by the owners and their craftsmen. They did a great job demolishing all of the old tile, rebuilding from the sub flooring up, upgrading both the plumbing and electrical before doing the walls, shower and floor. We had the opportunity to select as many aspects as we wanted. Each of the craftsmen who worked in our home were polite, respectful of our home and friendly when interacting with us. Each day, they left the work area clear of debris and made sure that no pathway was blocked. Ross and Lori communicated almost daily with us and kept us apprised of any changes in the schedule or manufacturer’s delays. We could not have envisioned a better outcome. They took an outdated space and turned it into a precious gem.

  I reached out to Priority Home Solutions on behalf of my daughter and her husband, who own a modest home and are in genuine need of an additional bedroom and bathroom. When the representative visited, the very first thing he felt the need to point out was that "they are not the cheapest." While I encouraged my daughter to consult multiple contractors to make an informed decision, we had hoped for at least a baseline level of professionalism and follow-through. The representative took some measurements and left, stating he would follow up with plans and an estimate. That was over two weeks ago, and my daughter has yet to hear a single word back. No courtesy call. No update. Nothing. If the job was considered too small, that’s understandable—but communicate that. Leaving prospective clients, especially a young couple new to the process, completely in the dark is not only unprofessional but also reflects poorly on the company’s integrity. First impressions matter, and unfortunately, this experience left a sour one. What’s particularly disappointing is the missed opportunity—not just for this project, but for the long-term relationships that could have grown from it. You never truly know the extent of a client's network or influence. Sadly, this lack of basic customer courtesy speaks volumes. Shame on Priority Home Solutions for making such a poor showing with first-time homeowners looking to build their future.

  Worked with Ross to have a kitchen reno done. Wanted someone local to the area and he was the guy. Had some issues here and there, as you will with any renovation of an older home. Ross did his best to keep accurate communication through the process and for the most part kept to the established timeline. Everything discussed and decided on during the consultation was completed at the price agreed upon, no surprise overages. There were some issues with the cabinet installation, however Ross did his best to make it right. All in all positive experience and would recommend this company to family and friends.
